Welcome to SPACE/WARP. This site presents some results of our research on repeater insertion strategies for nanometer scale IC technologies.

Currently available:

• Optimal tradeof of repeater area and power versus performance of uniformly buffered single global interconnect lines.
  
  
• Statistical analysis methodology of the performance in view of variability of basic technological parameters.
  
  
• An online tool for plotting of 2D interconnect capacitance data as a function of the geometry and technological parameters.
