Company	The name of your company, or institution.

User name	Your user name. May be at most 12 characters long, and may not already exist. Some special characters are not allowed.
Password	Your password. May be at most 12 characters long. Please remember your password. We do not keep plain-text passwords in our database, and therefore we are unable to send you your password if you forget it.
