LICENSEE does not have the right to use the LICENSED PRODUCT for the development of other products, nor to sell, lease or distribute the LICENSED PRODUCT. DUT makes no warranty of any kind with regard to the LICENSED PRODUCT, nor shall DUT be liable for direct or indirect damages in connection with the use of the LICENSED PRODUCT.
