Lictool complains about a missing eth0 interface.
On Linux systems, the license mechanism uses the MAC address
of your ethernet card to compute a unique id (called the cpu
id) for your machine. Therefore, in order to run tools from
the cacd tree, you should have an ethernet card installed.
This ethernet card should be accessible through the interface eth0.
You may use the command /sbin/ifconfig or /usr/sbin/ifconfig to view
your ethernet interfaces. One of them should be eth0. To bring an
interface up, you should usually use /sbin/ifconfig eth0 up or
/usr/sbin/ifconfig eth0 up.
