clambda - change lambda value of the ICD database

SYNOPSISDESCRIPTION |
Clambda changes the lambda value of a project. You
can use this program only in a project directory. It can be
used to set the correct value of lambda which specifies your
database unit in the GDS outputfile.
You may only do this, if you had set an incorrect lambda
value with the mkpr program, and was working in other
user units.
Nota that cell data in the ICD database is NOT changed,
all cell descriptions are expressed in terms of lambda
rather than microns.
